i went to the macdonals on robie street right in truro and the cashier i had was horrible the woman echnored us for about 8 customers did not tell us cash was closed, then my fries were soggy and my whole white chicken nuggets had dark meat in them im fine with dark meat but dont advertise its all white meat when its not. overall it was not my favorite experience at macdonalds

Awesome cheesecake (peppermint-strawberry!) Amazing staff with great service. Nice people. They make everything from wraps to fair trade coffee to muffins. It's a wonderful place.
The owner also donates to local events, which is a huge bonus.
A great catering place for any occasion.

Understaffed, and the staff that is there is untrained. When the food is prepared correctly it's generally pretty good... I only keep going back because it's so close and convenient, not because I've ever had a good experience with service (which I haven't).

Ive eaten at other chinese restaurants in Halifax, and this one is definitely the best. Each dish was really well-made, and I was quite surprised by how quick the service was. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a good meal at a good price.

A friend from Dublin, Ireland and myself stopped at the Seascape Restaurant one evening in the summer of 2006 while on a road trip around Nova Scotia. There are only 7 tables in this quaint, tiny restaurant; located on one side of a former single family house, which also has a grocery store in the other half. Owner and staff were rude and abusive to my family when we complained about the fact that they started mopping and vacuuming while we were still eating our meal. The Manager/owner refused to speak to us and we were told they didn't need customers like us & we were idiots!

The place looks clean but you might not want to eat here. I tried the typical sweet and sour pork dish. I figure I couldn't go wrong with that! Haha.
I ended up sitting in the washroom in a gas station about 3 hours after that. I have a feeling their food probably isn't that clean or fresh.

After frequently visiting the restaurant in Greenwood I decided not to be in an enviroment where a manager is so rude to his staff and even sarcastic to customers is permitted. This morning I ordered a coffee at the Kingston store. I do not take sugar in my coffee. I called the Tim's in Greenwood by accident and the manager answered the phone. He again doesn't want to miss an opportunity to be sarcastic to a customer on the phone. He spoke so fast I did not catch that he answered the phone by saying Greenwood.
